Vintage 1966 Celestion Greenback G12H 25w 16ohm 12" Speaker Reconed *1960s*

This is an original 1966 Celestion G12 25w 16ohm Greenback speaker that has been re-coned at some point, with the gasket date code removed. The grey tab and white gasket shows this to be early to mid 1966 according to the legendary Bygone Tones. This is one of the first Greenback speakers to be produced and, although it has a 'TVM' sticker to the rear, will fit perfect in an early pinstripe Marshall cabinet. The speaker also tests well on a multimeter, and sounds incredible, however it does have a slight coil rub to it - will need a cleaning or repairing. These are classic speakers renowned for their capabilities. Please have a close look at the high resolution photographs below, as these form part of our description.
