It’s designed to support heavy loads, such as jacks or stands, and to stabilize during maintenance, lifting, or lowering operations. It is like a temporary solid support block that doesn’t splinter like wood, as it is constructed from UHMWPE composite material. This is also called stacking blocks, as you can place blocks on top of each other to increase the height for different requirements. • Build & Material Breakdown: We have manufactured this stacking block from Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) composite material. It doesn’t splinter like wood or corrode/rust like metal. It ensures maximum structural integrity in industrial, fire, or rescue settings, such as vehicle recovery. It’s great for outdoor environments and works exceptionally well against oil, industrial chemicals, and more. The temperature range it can withstand ranges from -284.8°F to 348.8°F, and the crush rating of this cribbing block is 350 PSI.
• Cribbing Block Measurements: Our composite cribbing has an overall length of 30", a width of 6", and a height of 7". This size works great in commercial and industrial spaces. It evenly distributes the vehicle load on stable surfaces (not sand or loose gravel), protecting the ground from sinking or moving. • Interlocking Design: This rectangular block has a grooved pattern on top and bottom. It creates an interlocking structure that allows blocks to stack, reducing movement during jacking or lifting applications. This pattern further enables users to reach different levels and helps reduce movement. Thus, reducing the chances of accidents and injuries. You can stack 9 pieces of cribbing block to create a height of up to 18".
• Load Handling: The block is designed to handle substantial loads of 33 tons (73,500 lbs). It’s ideal during vehicle maintenance or repair work, lifting/lowering, and more to ensure a safe working environment. It will handle the load effortlessly, but failure to follow may result in accidents or unsafe conditions. So, follow this safe load limit during operations.   • Position the vehicle/equipment/object onto the plastic cribbing blocks in a manner that the weight is distributed evenly.
  • Keep the blocks at the center of gravity of the equipment/vehicle/object.
  • Ensure the surface under the stacking block is free of sharp objects, nails, screws, or bolts.
  • Don’t place different working load limits cribbing blocks on top of each other.
  • Identify firm and solid ground conditions.
  • Shut off the vehicle engine.
  • Do not leave the equipment unattended.
  • Use heavy vehicle wheel chocks to secure the vehicle.
• Fast & Safe Deployment: Our interlocking cribbing block is equipped with rope handles for adjustment, stacking, and alignment. The handle is constructed from nylon rope and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) hose. It is comfortable to hold and move, enabling fast and safe deployment.
