The silver (anodized EV1E6) Picture rail set 60 m will be delivered to you complete with Allen accessories for attaching the solid aluminum rail. It includes all individual parts such as nylon ropes, screw gliders and adjustable hooks. The rail system with gliders is very flexible and you can use it to move your pictures horizontally and vertically. With this hanging system you protect the walls and can easily hang several pictures, mirrors, maps or posters. The rope in this system comes directly from the rail. You can connect several rails with rail connectors and thus expand the gallery rail system. There are caps for the side closure, which are also included.

Please only complete the purchase process once all items have been combined. Payment is always made in advance, with the exception of cash on delivery. In Germany we offer all items without shipping costs. Abroad you will see the shipping costs once you have selected the country.
When making a bank transfer, please always include your eBay member name and item number. Otherwise it will not be possible to allocate the payment.

Customs duties and taxes:
The customer must pay the taxes in the respective country.We only ship with DHL and DPD. Shipping costs are displayed individually for each country. The shipping costs include the following costs:

In principle it is possible to send the items with EXPRESS. Please inquire about the costs by telephone. With EXPRESS shipping it is possible to have the items delivered the next day.

Warranty conditions
1. The guarantee period is 24 months for consumers and 12 months for entrepreneurs and begins at the time the goods are handed over, which must be proven by an invoice or other documents.

3. The guarantee relates to manufacturing and material defects in the delivered goods. The guarantee does not cover any consequential damage caused by defects. Warranty claims cannot be taken into account in the event of damage caused by improper handling, self-made changes to the goods, non-observance of operating or care instructions, force majeure or environmental influences, as well as natural signs of wear and tear.
4. The guarantee is granted to all customers in Germany and customers within the European Union.
5. In the event of a warranty claim, we ask that you send the product with the usual warranty documents and a copy of the invoice to the following address:

When sending the product to our address, please ensure that the goods are well packaged, with the full return address and - if possible - with a short description of the error.
6. The guarantee services are carried out without any charge; they do not result in an extension or a new start of the guarantee period. Replaced parts become our property. The product will be sent back to you free of charge within 14 days.
7. A purchase price refund is excluded.

Please do not send any packages back to us freight forwarded. Since June 13, 2014, the uniform right of withdrawal has applied throughout Europe. You must therefore pay the return shipping. After receiving the goods, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method as you paid.
