Scarce 67 page promotional booklet put out by the Pneumatic Torpedo and Construction Company of New York in 1898.  Illustrated with photographs and charts, it provides a brief description of the guns they made with official reports of the U.S. Government of its plants at Sandy Hook and San Francisco, California and the report of the Board of Ordnance and Fortifications of the U.S.A.
