Kayak Spray Skirt Splash Deck Cockpit Cover Black Nylon Paddle Sports Accessory in excellent clean condition.  Width across the top is approximately 19".  Length from top to bottom is approximately 16".  I purchased this item along with other diving equipment but am unsure of what it actually is.
