If the gold content is stamped on the item, we will list the item as the stamped gold karat. We will acid test gold items for items that are not stamped and will acid test stamped items only upon request. Please message us if you would like confirmation on gold karat. 

HANDLING TIME

Handling time is 1-3 business days from the time payment is made. Shipment will only be made after payment is received and cleared. Auctions ending on Sundays will typically ship out on the following 1-2 business days. If payment is not received by 10am EST the day before the weekend or federal holiday, shipping of item may be pushed to the next business day which may be the following week.

All items are packed neat and secure in a jewelry box or bag with bubble wrap. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

All items are shipped using USPS Flat Rate shipping and includes insurance, tracking and signature confirmation. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or if you want the item left on your door step, please request signature confirmation be removed but know that we are not responsible for your item should it "disappear" from your door step. We appreciate your understanding.

International shipping is done through eBay's global shipping program.

(eBay Global shipping automatically adds import and customs charges to invoice). We cannot change your shipping fees or customs fees - charges are determined by eBay, not us. You cannot change your address after bidding/winning an item.

Customs and duties are the recipient's responsibility. Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents. Buyers who ask us to falsify documents will be immediately reported to eBay and we will cancel the transaction.

POLISHING & RESIZING

These are not services we offer as we would have to send the item to a trusted jeweler and the wait time can often be long.

PLEASE NOTE after you receive the item it is yours to do as you'd like (resize, polish, etc.) but we DO NOT accept returns of altered items under any circumstance (including if you have it resized, serviced, cleaned, polished, etc.)
