Palissy was an independent pottery before being taken over by Royal Worcester in 1958

This Sandon Rose pattern, with an elongated "y" on the Palissy base mark dates it to the 1950s.

Very light wear and some expected crazing but structurally very good indeed with no chips and no cracks
