Activation:

After placing order, you MUST contact us and provide us with the requested information. We will activate the 30 days service for you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the activation to complete.  Holidays, wekends & Unexpected Acts of God may delay the activation process. Normal Hours 9am to 5pm Central Time Monday to Friday.

When Contacting us, please send us the following information:

For ESIM Activation  (The phone device must be located in the USA, carrier unlocked, not blacklisted):

• We will not ship you a physical SIM Card
• Your Phone's 32-Digit EID - Tip: Dial short code *#06# on your device to find the EID and IMEI
• Your Phone’s 15-Digit IMEI
• Your 5-Digit ZIP Code (used to generate the 3-digit area code for your phone).
• Tip: Dial *#06# from your phone to display the phone’s IMEI 
• After sending the request for esim activation, KEEP THE PHONE CONNECTED TO WIFI and you will receive a notification to your phone that directs you to install the esim on your phone.

AREA CODE WILL BE RANDOM AND CAN'T BE CHOSEN

Returns & Cancellations:

This is a prepaid service, once the service is activated, there will be no returns accepted, No Refunds, No Exchanges, and the service can't be cancelled.  So, please Do Not Proceed with the activation request if you are not 100% sure that you want it.

Which Phones Work with this service:

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the phone device is non-blacklisted, clean IMEI, the device is carrier unlocked. The service plan are meant to work with cellphones ONLY. No other devices are allowed.
