This hails from a dark, dry, pet-free, climate-controlled smoke-free environment. Although it's over seventy years old it retains an amazing amount of luster and the eye appeal is impressive, it looks closer to a FN to the naked eye, and heavy gloss is still present. CGC has only seen a total of seven finer copies than this lone 4.5, so it's no surprise that it's a rare occasion when one of those 7 better ones surfaces any place. It will be sent out in a regular polybag, as well as the rigid CGC case being further protected inside a crystal-clear archival Mylar sleeve for secure long-term protection as well. Noteworthy acquisition for any collector of higher grade pre-code horror comics.

MATERIAL LIKE THIS SPOTLIGHTING ICONIC THEMES OF CINEMA, TELEVISION, POP CULTURE AND LITERATURE NEVER LOSES APPEAL.

This lovely specimen will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
