The product is a vintage 1960s Tonka pressed steel yellow front loader measuring 5.5 inches. Made by the well-known brand Tonka, this toy vehicle is a collectible piece from the 1960s era.  Made from durable pressed steel this toy was obviously left outside for a period of time with all the rust on it. I actually prefer the vintage look myself so to me it looks great. The bucket will not stay upright for whatever reason.
