These 3/4" brass anchors flanges are Merlin Industries. They may fit other manufactures safety cover anchors, so be sure before ordering please.
These are meant to cover the anchor itself or small chips/cracks in the deck where the anchor was drilled in. Cover / decorative purpose only.
Pictures are to show the flange slides in-between the threaded anchor and the deck. Once you take the anchor apart in picture 3.
