I have a 30 day return policy. I do not give refunds or partial refunds unless the items or item is returned first and inspected. Please understand this keeps most people honest. Any partial refunds are based on what the MEDIUM SOLD price is on eBay. Not asking prices or the highest sold price. If the entire sale/listing is returned and is found to be faulty, I will refund you the full amount that it was purchased at. All serial numbers and model numbers are documented before sale. With this being understood I do not tolerate people that threaten a bad review. I do my best to be as honest as humanly possible. Make certain your shipping address is 100% correct on eBay. If your address is incorrect and gets shipped to the incorrect address and the recipient does not return it, you are responsible and will not get a refund. If the item shows shipped and delivered to your correct address but you file a complaint that you did not receive the item, this is a shipping matter, and you will have to file a complaint with the shipping company to get a refund. I do not give refunds when tracking shows delivered. If the shipping company has possession of the item with a tracking number and it gets lost, I do not start claims with the shipping company until 10 full business days from the time it shows shipped. They will not allow you to start claims until this time. After this time if this does not get resolved after 20 full business days from the date shipped, I will refund you your money. I try to get items shipped out no later than 2 business days during the week but 90% of the time I get them out within 24hrs. I do not ship out on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays and if you order something after 12pm US Central time on Friday it will most likely get ship out Monday morning unless it is a national holiday.
