Frenzel glasses are specialized clinical goggles used to easily and conveniently test for dizziness and vertigo. Widely used in Korean hospitals by ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) specialists and neurologists, this is a safe, proven diagnostic tool.
By magnifying and illuminating the patient's eyes, the examiner can precisely observe nystagmus (involuntary eye tremor) and other abnormal eye movements — allowing accurate diagnosis of the underlying cause of dizziness, whether peripheral or central in origin.
