- Excellent Condition but may have some small scratches.

- Battery is in good working condition.

Grade B

- Asset is fully working and missing no parts.

- Can have some minor wear including scratches or slightly worn keyboard or trackpad.

- Battery is in good condition or above.

Grade C

- Asset is not fully working but is limited to only ONE of the below problems.

1. Missing / damaged part including battery, screen, hard drive, RAM etc.

2. Excessive wear to palm rest, keyboard, trackpad or lid to the point where the part needs to be replaced.

3. Damage to plastics or casing including palm rest, bezels, screen or lid.

4. Battery is not working / less than 30 minutes life / not present.

Grade D

- Asset is not fully working and has TWO or more problems listed below

1. Missing parts including battery, screen, hard drive, RAM etc.

2. Excessive wear to palm rest, keyboard, trackpad or lid to the point where the part needs to be replaced.

3. Damage to plastics or casing including palm rest, bezels, screen or lid.

4. Battery is not working / less than 30 minutes life / not present.
