A note about shipping: We take every necessary precaution to ensure that your purchase arrives safely, including double boxing all fragile items to help withstand the stress of transport. While the double boxing adds to the shipping weight and postal expense, we believe that the added precaution in packing is a worthwhile investment to ensure that your fragile item does not break in shipping.
If, in spite of our best efforts, your item is damaged in transit, and the package was insured, please take detailed photos and keep the broken item, plus all packing materials, for the insurance claim. The USPS has a new policy designed to prevent fraud, and they will no longer issue refunds without inspecting the damaged item. Refunds on our end can not be issued until the postal service inspects the item. Thanks!
