In my opinion, it is a bag for a small laptop, you can hang the bag open on your stomach and use the open laptop without any problems. This is what the design of the bag looks like (see photos), very clever

There is an adapter for small TRS, so it is probably intended for headphones, although it will work for anything with such a connection
