Nice HO standard gauge Westside Model Company 20 ton Shay.  Someone started to install a new can motor.  I looked over the engine without the motor, all mechanisms move very nice and smooth, should be a straight forward re-motor project and a great time to add DCC if you wish.  Original open frame motor included.  Very nice paint. Could be re-gauged to HOn3 - currently standard gauge.  Sold as-is no returns, so please ask all the questions you may have.  Thanks
