ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Good used condition on this handbag with one area to point out: there are tears on the side leather piece and they have been glued together. I did not glue it, but it appears glued. eBay will not authenticate bags that have been altered in any way (their policy says anything altering the bag disqualifies it from the authentication process; repainting, added fringe, repairs not done by Louis Vuitton all fall into this category)… so ebay will call you and let you know that specifically. I believe they will say something along the lines of “we cannot verify authenticity due to this (the glued area)” and then they will ask if you would still like it. I will ask any buyer before they buy to confirm they understand this before purchasing. This is why the price is so low! I would have priced this $999 otherwise. Besides that, the bag is CLEAN. The strap is nice and firm leather without unsightly wear, just nice patina. Nice gold hardware and chain! Scent of gently used handbag; leather, canvas and faint storage scent. Smells just fine to me. I am selling this at my break even point because the wear was undisclosed to me and I would never do that to my buyers. The problem area appears to be strong and sturdy otherwise. Please do not buy this bag if the flaw bothers you.
