The Dept 56 Krinkles Witch with Baby Dragons was designed by Patience Brewster. This 2004 ornament has been retired. It is a whimsical decorative piece made of resin. This unique collectible features a Witch with feather hair and feathers on her hat. Birds perch on the hat and there are baby dragons in the pouches at her waist. Measures approximately 6 inches high x 3 inches wide.
