We do not guarantee fertility or hatch rates. We are selling you eggs from our breeding stock. We are a small hatchery that operates 365 days a year. If you have a problem with your hatch rates, then we will also. If you're package is mishandled, that is a post office problem, not a farm problem. We will not replace your eggs due to mishandling and rough shipping. We will not replace your eggs if they do not hatch. We are offering eggs only. Not warranties on live products. Be realistic with yourself. If you aren't willing to risk it, don't pass blame when things don't go your way. It happens to all of us. We will replace egg orders for legitimate concerns.
