ckenbacker 4001V63 Mapleglo 1999-2000 Electric Bass Guitar 4.44kg Vintage Style
Description
We have received a Rickenbacker 4001V63 Mapleglo, a reissue model of the 1960s Rickenbacker 4001, famously used by Paul McCartney in the later Beatles era, through a customer consignment!
The Rickenbacker 4001 bass underwent several revisions of its specifications and materials from 1961, when production began as a higher-end model than the Rickenbacker 4000.
The "4001V" series is a line planned as a vintage reissue series, and it is said that the 4001, whose production had ended, was given some minor specification changes and was sold again from around 1984 until it was discontinued around 2000.
This "4001V63" is a reissue model of the 1963 4001, faithfully reproducing the specifications of the time with a through-body maple neck, maple wing body, rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers, and toaster & horseshoe pickups. Beyond its looks, this guitar features lower-gain pickups compared to current Rickenbacker models, faithfully reproducing the thick, warm tone characteristic of vintage guitars.
This is a rare model rarely seen on the secondary market.
Don't miss this opportunity to acquire it!
-Condition-
There are scratches on the back of the body, and minor dents and scratches throughout.
The frets have approximately 60-70% remaining, the neck condition is good, and both truss rods have plenty of adjustment range in both directions.
Original hardshell case and our company's standard used guitar warranty are included.
