H4L Left Angled: Left angled. Recommended for the treatment of all surfaces and furcations:
- Maxillary: vestibular and distal surfaces of sector 2, pivote at 13 then palatal and mesial surfaces of sector 1.
- Mandibular: lingual and mesial surfaces of sector 3, pivote at 43 then vestibular and distal surfaces of sector 4.
