Bolivar had an interesting story arc, he hung out with Napoleon  and was inspired to  lead a large chunk of south america to freedom from the Spanish  but things got a little dictatorish at the end because while he chose a parliamentary system of democracy like British  commonwealth countries use he added  a minor revision in that he should be president for life. Others did not agree  with this part and tried to rub him out. He made a daring escape but later died  somewhat peacefully from illness
