General Information

- All items ship from a pet-free, smoke-free home.
- Items do come wrinkled from being stored in inventory till sold, I do not steam before shipping.
- Most of my items are from department stores. Other pieces may be returns, store displays, or overstock merchandise. My items are mainly from Nordstrom, NordstromRack, Bloomingdales, Macys, Warehouse Sales, and other major retail stores. *I do not thrift shop*
- Some of the clothes manufacture label or tags are marked to prevent retail returns. See pictures
- Color is always tricky, screens and lighting can show color differently. I try my best to show in my own photos the item.
- All professional stock photos are not my own, I take no credit.
- Please note that NEW (and used) items may have been tried on in stores but not worn outside of the store; this means item may or may not have but not limited too: Wrinkles, deodorant marks, perfumes smells, missing beads, make-up marks, hanger marks, censor marks, pulls/picked fabric or shoe creases. Disclaimer for Beaded/embellished items/dresses/clothing
- Might have missing beading from being in store & tried on but nothing major unless stated or shown in photos. Expect some missing beading or loose threads. Majority of the dresses do not come with extra bag of beads. No returns for missing beading! I show condition in photos and have this disclaimer.
Shipping options at checkout & what they mean*:
USPS is preferred method unless item is oversized.
- Shipping method I use= USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail
- For oversized larger heavier items I typically use = UPS or Fedex if USPS is not a option
- If you want signature let me know before purchase to add to cost. I am not responsible if package is stolen. Higher end pieces over priced at/over $499+, signature is required at delivery time.
- All items are shipped with tracking numbers. I am not responsible for transit time. No guarantee Dates.
- NO EXPRESS, OVERNIGHT OR 1DAY SHIPPING. Way to costly and never arrives
Return Policy
- I do not accept returns. I stand firm by my no return policy.
- Every designer has their own sizing. No size is equal. This includes different styles as well from the same designers. No returns if it doesn’t fit
- Majority of my items have flat measurements in the photos. These measurements are not the same as round body measurements. Best way to compare is to measure the same type of clothing at home on a flat surface. I do not provide brand measurement charts, as most are taken from generic unknown style and doesn’t reflect style I am selling.
International Buyers
- International sales are made to “ebay International Shipping” ( I ship to ebay, ebay ships to you).
- Any extra costs charged by your country is not my responsibility but the buyers responsibility to pay.
