If used, only used once. I got these from a TV production that was selling all its assets. I was told that it was purchased for a cameraman to use while shooting in a river or high water situation, but when I opened the box, it was still wrapped in the plastic as if it was brand new so I'm not sure if it was ever used. I don't even want to remove from the plastic to take pictures because I want to preserve the condition it was in. See pictures for details.
