This is a vintage ceramic incense burner imported into the UK in one of the decades surrounding World War II. It is hand painted in the Imari style and has lustre ware finishing to the feet and handles.

The handles to the pot and the lid are shaped as Pug dogs, although quite a bit if the lustre has been listed to them. The rest of the burner is in good condition without chips or cracks.

It is unbranded, with just the Foreign mark to the base. It stands roughly 15cm in height.
