Precautions for selecting solid-state relay products:
When selecting products, different margins should be left in the current level according to the nature of the load. When the load is resistive, it can be selected at 2-3 times the load current. When the load is inductive or capacitive, it can be selected at 3-5 times the load current, and when the motor is more than 5 times the load current. 2. Based on the relationship between the load current and the ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high or the heat dissipation conditions are poor. The current capacity should be increased. To prevent short circuit of the load during use, it is required to connect a fast circuit breaker or fast fuse corresponding to this product in series in the load circuit. When dealing with inductive loads, a varistor should be connected in parallel at the output end to prevent damage to the thyristor during overvoltage. Selection of varistor (M0V): 430-470V for 240V mode and 680-750V for 440V mode
4. During installation, it is required that the contact surface between the radiator and this product must be flat and smooth, and a layer of thermal conductive silicone grease should be evenly coated on its surface. Finally, the screws with flat washers and spring washers should be symmetrically tightened and fixed.
5. After the solid-state relay stops working for the first time, the fixing screws should be tightened while there is still residual temperature, so that the bottom plate of the solid-state relay and the surface of the heat sink can be in close contact, achieving the ideal heat dissipation effect.
6. The nominal current of different models of solid-state relays is the nominal current at an ambient temperature of 40 ° C, so the heat dissipation should be sufficient!!
7. Be careful not to use a multimeter on the load side to interrupt the quality of the product!
