Condition: The Dunwich Legacy expansion box is heavily crushed, creased, and shows significant structural wear. The Mansions of Madness core box shows moderate corner and edge wear with some surface scuffing. Plastic miniatures are in good used condition overall; some bases show light residue or wear from tile insertion. Cards appear well-maintained with crisp edges, though some show light handling wear. Not checked for completeness; sold as a lot for parts and custom play.
