Unknown Aluminum Double Edge Safety Razor

My items are tuned if necessary, cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, polished, cleaned again, then sanitized.

Not sure of the make here. It feels light, like aluminum. Looks like made in China.

Threading on the handle and top plate are in good condition.
