USPS Shipping Delivery Lead-times Outbound from Puerto Rico - While most of the time packages arrive within expected arrival dates, sometimes USPS will have shipping delays due to personnel understaffing, distribution / transportation capacity or inclement weather. Also be advised that USPS MEDIA MAIL, ECONOMY MAIL, and STANDARD MAIL packages & letters can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive at final destinations under normal circumstances since they ship out of Puerto Rico on Ocean Carrier Ships and Barges.
