Comes as shown in the pictures, I have tested it on a new battery, with the Bee Gees Mini disk that was in it, all working perfect , headphones not included, very minor scuffing to the front of the Mini disk, and some other minor scuffs to the unit, but nothing major, battery compartment three of corrosion, will even check in the Bee Gees Mini disk with the sale, see pictures for condition and they are part of my description, thanks
