2012 Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide Motorcycle
"The name Super Glide has been a part of Harley-Davidson's vocabulary for 41 years. While not a model continuously in the lineup since the first SG - penned by Willie G. Davidson - was introduced in 1971, the name Super Glide has surfaced on and off over the years. For consignment, a 2012 Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide motorcycle with a title verified 5,812 actual miles. This one is decked in show ready paint and features that make it an absolute standout!
Exterior
Merlot Sunglo paint backs a custom blade design which intersects the tank and fenders leading to masterful marble textured two stage beige paint. The blade design is mirrored in the spokes of the satin black wheels, 21-inch front and 18-inch rear. This satin black also coats the exhaust, forks, handlebars, backrest, and coils. The chrome belt wheel continues to bladed them and so does the pedal, which have blades carved into the rubber pads. Not to be outdone, the seat has blades stitched into the saddle leather. We are unable to find any flaws on the bike.
Functionality
The sweeping needle of the tachometer in the single gauge is situated over a digital speed reading as well as the odometer in a chrome ringed feature. Standard controls reside on the left and right handles which cant downward and hold the streamlined side mirrors. The projector beam headlight features a smoked glass front and is flanked by turn signals in chrome housing.
Drivetrain
Looking clean all the way around is the 1690cc Twin Cam V-twin with 103 horsepower and fuel injected. A 6-speed manual turns the rear wheel via belt drive and disc brakes are found front and rear. Suspension consists of a telescopic fork up front and swing arm with coil springs out back. Exhaust comes from a header that meets at a single tailpipe.
