This is a reproduction regency double armed candelabra by Viners of Sheffield. It holds three tapered candles and is made of three parts, allowing the ornate arms to be removed to leave a single candlestick.

It is hand chased and silver plated on a copper body. The arms measure 49cm across and it stands 28cm tall. When converted to a single candlestick, it stands at 20cm and weighs 1250 grams.

Despite it being a reproduction, it is still most likely to be a mid century piece. It’s in pretty good condition, but it has taken a knock to the base resulting in a dent which I have attempted to show in the images.
