Every system is professionally built, configured, tested and stress tested before dispatch (copy of test reports included with the paperwork) to help ensure it arrives ready for use. We take pride in supplying dependable systems backed by many years of experience.
What’s Included
All retail boxes and accessories are included and should be kept safe in the unlikely event that the system needs to be returned for whatever reason. These systems do not come with a 'kettle' power lead as standard so please ask for one with your order if you require one.
Warranty, Support & Delivery
These systems come with a 3 year manufacturers warranty accompanied with lifetime technical support. The warranty for the first 28 days from delivery is a collect and return warranty.after which there is a 3 year RTB (return to base) warranty.
Delivery is a next day service for UK Mainland (except Scottish Highlands) and for all Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles, Isle of Man and Isle of White deliveries please choose Parcelforce 48.

Returns Process & Policy
The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us. It is important that all original packaging is retained, as returns can only be accepted where the item is received back in its original condition with all packaging, accessories and components included.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with all accessories, packaging and any retail boxes supplied. Deductions may be made where items are returned with missing components, damage, or signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
Returns Procedure
- Please contact us via eBay messaging in the first instance to report any issue
- A return must be authorised and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) issued prior to return
- Returns sent without prior agreement or without an RMA may not be accepted
Any damage, faults or issues should be reported within 7 days of receipt so that we can investigate and assist promptly.
