All parts are carefully inspected before dispatch. Faulty items can be returned for replacement, repair, or refund (up to purchase price) with an authorised return number. Electrical components are non-returnable unless faulty and unused. Products should be installed by a qualified technician following manufacturer specifications. We are not liable for fitting costs or consequential damage, but stand behind the quality of every item we sell.
