Here we have a superb original art deco period bronze or brass letter box. Unknown maker but marked with Rd No 769519 which was registered in the year 1930. This is a perfect finishing touch to a period entrance door. It has such a lovely deco design with fanned geometric design and angular form. I also love the roundel decoration that would also make it attractive to an arts and crafts property. The handle can also be used as a door knocker. It has such a wonderful patina so I have left it unpolished. It measures just over 8.75 inches by 3.5 inches weighing a little under 750g. This is the only one of it's kind on eBay so get it while you can! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
