In a nutshell the wand seems to work fine to me the transmitter was missing a metal clip in the battery compartment the first time I got it to turn on it seemed to be working fine after I took them out and put them back it would just stay on and do nothing..so the transmitter isn't working. And if your not satisfied with your purchase I will accept returns.
