ITEM CONDITION & STOCK

• Items are physically in-hand and in-stock unless stated otherwise.
• Only genuine manufacturer-released products are sold.
• Items are inspected prior to listing, and any major imperfections or issues found will be listed in the description and displayed in the pictures.
• Factory-sealed items are not opened and are shipped factory-sealed.
• Brand new items that do not come from the factory sealed or taped may be carefully opened to verify and take pictures of contents inside the box if it can be safely done.
• Items ship from a smoke-free home.
• Digital items (movie codes, video game bonus content, etc) may be subject to expiration dates set by the manufacturer/publisher, please refer to them or the listing images for details.

SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

• Items ship within 24-48hrs of received and cleared payment.
• All items ship bubble wrapped in a box (unless noted otherwise in the listing).
• Rare, fragile, and high-end items (collector’s boxes, limited editions, steelbooks, etc) are packed with extra care to make sure they get shipped securely and arrive safely.

PICTURES

• Many picture angles of the item are included. Please inspect all images for item quality details before buying.
• Some listings with factory-sealed items may include stock photos of what’s inside the sealed box to provide more product detail.

MULTI-QUANTITY & MULTI-ITEM LISTINGS

• All items in multi-quantity listings (when there’s more than one of the item available) will have similar or higher quality and condition as the primary item displayed in the pictures.
• Items with more than minor (or multiple) imperfections are typically not included in multi-quantity listings, and will instead be listed separately with their own set of images.
• For listings with multiple quantities available of numbered items (for example, a premium 4K movie that is #604 out of 1000 produced), the number you receive may be different than the number shown in the listing images. If you would like to check what exact number you may receive, please contact me before purchasing.
• Extremely small differences between items from the same multi-quantity listing can sometimes occur due to minor imperfections caused during manufacturer handling and shipping. Purchasing an item from a multi-quantity listing is an acceptance and agreement to this by the buyer. If you would like pictures of the exact individual item you will receive prior to purchasing, please feel free to message me and I'd be happy to take pictures and send them to you.
