which are not subject to exchange or refund.
The Marks, scratches, ink splashes, or press marks on the artist's portrait are not subject to exchange or refund,
and in case of severe damage, we will exchange it only for inventory in possession.
Since outboxes are manufactured to prevent impact to protect the product,
fine scratches, damage, discoloration, etc. may occur during packaging/delivery, and this cannot be a reason for exchange.

All returns must be packed with all components provided upon initial delivery
