Our America Glass Candle Topper Capper Italian Kitchen Bread Herbs & Spices

The topper is detailed with olive oil, Italian oils, herbs, and spices. The center is removable while the candle is burning. The rest of the ceramic base protects the decorative items. 

The measurements are 4 inches diameter base that is about 2 inches high. 

The item is listed as used, the ceramic doesn't look used or burnt. The ceramic protective base has come unglued over the years of being on display. The center removable part is all intact. None of the decorations are broke, damaged, or missing. The base looks like it could be glued back together, but works with item the way it is. See the pics for details.
