You will receive one Multicam IFAK insert as shown in the photos with the NSN given in the title. The insert you receive may have dust, dirt, debris, etc but will be overall in good used condition and ready for use. The insert you receive may have all, some, or none of the retention bungee present that attaches the insert to the Ifak itself.
