Hollow 3-D silver hearts with backings shown: needs cleaning/polishing. I have not attempted to remove patina or verdigris from non-sterling backing depicted. I just noticed 2 small dimples in one heart at the top when reviewing zoomed-in images. Please see close-ups of vintage condition, surface wear, and measurements. Newer puffy hearts. Light-weight with all intact seams.
