Im not sure the last time it was updated, but you will need a micro USB to USB cord to hook it in to your computer if you wish to update the unit. Updates should be free and if you go to the menu in the GPS and press "updates", it will walk you through the process.
Unit is pre owned and works properly. I tested it for a couple days and everything seems to work as it should. Please see photos for condition.
