Hubs are flaking.  
The front hub turns pretty rough. SO WILL NEED AN OVERHAUL.
The front rim is missing. 
Both wheels have a small hop. 
There is some spraybomb blue on the rim, spokes and hubs. 

NOT GREAT, A PROJECT THAT WILL END PRETTY WELL
