Very good condition Meissen bowl in cobalt blue, white and gold. The mark is 1815 to 1924 but is likely around 1900. No chips or cracks, there is some loss to gold on edge.  I do not see scratches from use. Measures approximately 11 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall.
