Items have to be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused (with original tags and/or packaging), and in the original packaging. If the item is received and is not in original condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Then if still not received / found, send us an email Via eBay message message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.

    A:     We generally dispatch the item 24-48 hours of the payment clearing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment and another as soon as it ships. Most of our items take between 1-4 working days to arrive to all of Australia excluding remote areas in WA etc.
