Returns
All
of our returns are handled through eBays systems and policies. If it is
an unwanted item all you need to do is ship it back carefully to us in
its original packaging and we will refund you the full amount for the
item as soon as its back with us. If there is a fault with the product
ordered or we sent the incorrect item, we will cover the return postage
and organise a replacement / refund.

and in its original packaging ready to be resold as new. Our model kits
have lots of small detailed parts and cannot be completed if they are
missing. If any parts are missing on the item cannot be resold as new on
