Exterior Condition

The watch body is in good cosmetic condition — no significant scratches on the bezel or case, no deep marks on the sapphire crystal. Overall appearance is clean and well-maintained.

The original silicone band is in excellent condition — supple, with no cracks, discoloration, or wear. Looks and feels like new.

⚠ Known Issue — Please Read Carefully

Software / Firmware Fault

The watch is stuck on boot / loading screen. Upon power-on, only a green triangle (Garmin boot indicator) is displayed and the watch does not proceed to the main interface.

• Stuck on green triangle screen — normal startup does not complete

• Intermittently shows map download activity indicators

• Briefly displays brand / product logo at times

• Low battery icon appears periodically

• Vibration motor activates at intervals (haptic feedback is functional)

• Some active UI elements visible, suggesting partial firmware operation

This behavior is consistent with a corrupted firmware / failed update scenario. In many cases this type of issue can be resolved by a qualified Garmin service technician or via official Garmin support. A standard user-level fix was not possible due to lack of local service infrastructure (see Seller's Note below).

Seller's Note

I am selling this watch because there are no Garmin service centers or authorized repair partners in my region. Rather than let it sit unused, I prefer to pass it on to someone who has access to Garmin support or technical expertise to restore it. The watch is otherwise well cared-for and — if repaired — should be a fully capable and premium GPS multi sport device.
