For sale is this vintage Omega desk clock in the shape of a globe with magnifying glass.

The watch case is made of brass.

The dial is made of porcelain and depicts a stylized picture of Death and Life represented as Yin and yang.

The dial numbers are in Memento Mori style and are in the shape of bones.

This is indeed an intriguing combination of the fundamental Chinese philosophical concept Yin and yang that describes how opposite forces are actually complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in real life and the unusual Memento Mori style that reminds the inevitability of death.
