  • Realizamos envíos a España y a toda Europa.
  • El  envio de este artículo se realizará por Correos mediante carta ordinaria de más de 20g, para que no encarezca el precio del producto. También  puede optar por envío mediante carta certificada con número de  seguimiento.
  • Nosotros aconsejamos el envío certificado y así poder evitar posibles pérdidas  de los paquetes o robos de terceros. El envío certificado lleva un  número de seguimiento para localizar el paquete en todo momento. Para los envíos a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla necesitamos que nos faciliten su DNI para los tramites de Aduanas. 
  • Los envios se realizan de lunes a viernes, al día siguiente de haber recibido el pago, a no ser que por algún motivo especial no podamos realizar el envío.
  •  Si la dirección de envío es incorrecta, incompleta o se pasa el plazo de recogida de correos y nos lo devuelven, el cliente tiene que pagar el coste de los gastos de envío de nuevo (sin manipulación, solo el coste del envío) para volverlo a mandar.

  • Devolverlo en los 7 días después de haber recibido el artículo con las mismas condiciones de envío (carta nacional, certificada, etc.)
  • El artículo deberá estar en el mismo estado en el que se mandó, con su embalaje original.
  • Recibirá el importe del mismo modo en que realizó su compra, excluyendo los gastos de envío.
